Museum-Quality Archival Prints · 30-Day Returns

FAQ

FAQ — the questions that actually matter for high-consideration art purchases

How is my print made? Every Truly Art print is produced in our Camas, Washington studio on Canon Prograf large-format printers using archival pigment inks rated for 100+ years of color stability indoors. We print on demand — your piece doesn't exist until you order it.

What papers and canvases do you use? Fine art prints: heavyweight archival matte paper, museum-grade, acid-free. Canvas prints: poly-cotton blend, hand-stretched on solid wood stretcher bars. All materials are color-stable and gallery-suitable.

How long does it take? Standard production is 3–5 business days from order, plus shipping. Orders over $500 ship free via expedited delivery in the continental US.

What's your return policy? If you don't love it, send it back within 30 days for a full refund. We don't ask for photos, we don't argue, we don't restock-fee you. The risk is on us, not you.

Are these original works or reproductions? Both, depending on the piece. Reproductions of historical and classical works are clearly marked as such — many come from public-domain museum collections (Metropolitan Museum, Library of Congress, Smithsonian, NASA archives, and others). Original works produced by our studio are also labeled. We never misrepresent a reproduction as an original.

Will the colors match what I see on screen? Closely, but every monitor is different. We color-calibrate every printer weekly and proof against gallery standards. If the color isn't right when it arrives, that falls under our satisfaction guarantee — return it.

Do you ship internationally? Currently US only. International expansion is on the roadmap.

Can I get a custom size? For most pieces, yes. Contact us with the SKU and dimensions you need and we'll quote it. There's typically a 5–10 day lead time on custom sizes.

Do you offer trade or bulk pricing? Yes — interior designers, hospitality, corporate art programs, and bulk orders qualify for trade pricing. Email us with your project details.

Where are you located? Can I visit? We're in Camas, Washington, just outside Portland. We're a working studio, not a retail showroom, but we welcome scheduled visits for trade clients and serious collectors. Email ahead.
